My Story:
Growing up, I came from a family well below the poverty line. In experiencing my own financial struggles of debt and student loans, it drove me to improve my situation for my family’s sake. Making many mistakes along the way but determined to be a pillar for the one’s I love. Instead I learned how to build together with my wife a life at our terms and strive to pass on values important to us.
Now focused on building a firm dedicated to the families we partner with. To help achieve the needed growth to become their own pillars and the peace of mind that come with knowing they can withstand the hardship that occur in life. To walk next to them in building their wealth, celebrating your wins and figuring out how to overcome in the face of life challenges.
Professional Background:
For the past 13 years, I have helped clients transform financial uncertainty into confidence by identifying action items and executing at a high level, all while striving to gain wisdom and embracing the challenges of life.
While starting in banking, I then transitioned into the investment world at Vanguard. I pushed myself to be the best financial planner possible. In 4 years at Vanguard, I completed my MBA, CFPⓇ, Series 63, and Series 7 licenses. Starting at the bottom, I worked until I was managing a book of high net worth clients.
I then joined a financial startup firm called LearnVest as a financial planner diving in cashflow, taxes, insurance, etc. In this role, I was building my expertise in the financial planning process, while further enhancing my education by completing my CLUⓇ and Life and Health license.
An opportunity arose to be hired as the Director of Financial Planning for a brand new financial start up. In this position, I was involved in the day to day management of the firm. Over six years, we grew the firm, learning many business and life lessons.
